The principles underlying the project that guided us are:
The project should be organic both in terms of the environment and functionality, harmoniously and traditionally integrated into the life of a Gyumri resident, while preserving local psychology and memory. The historical part remains unchanged. Having been made safe for the environment, it acts as a distinct episode, regardless of the facade. Thanks to its modern solutions, the building serves as a unifying and clean element in the fragmented adjacent space, gently integrating into the environment without overpowering it. The market, culinary school, and restaurant chain should be interconnected, contributing to the development of the city and tourism.
