This single-story residence is conceived through a disciplined spatial framework and a deliberate dialogue with the landscape.
The architectural plan is structured along a defining central axis, establishing a clear separation between public, private, and service domains. This organizational clarity ensures intuitive circulation, operational efficiency, and spatial legibility.
The social core — kitchen, dining, and living — unfolds seamlessly toward the pool terrace, dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior. Transparency and continuity reinforce an open, breathable living experience shaped by light and horizon.
The private wing, composed of three bedrooms, is oriented toward a protected inner courtyard. This inward-facing strategy secures privacy while introducing controlled daylight, cross-ventilation, and a temperate microclimate.
Service functions — technical room, storage, bathrooms, outdoor WC, and summer kitchen — are consolidated into a compact infrastructural spine, optimizing performance without disrupting the spatial purity of the plan.
The single-level structure emphasizes horizontality and compositional calm. Soft lighting, restrained materiality, and precise geometry amplify the visual connection to the garden, allowing architecture and landscape to operate as a unified system.
Material simplicity is intentional. Clean lines and measured proportions articulate the project’s central objective: to create a balanced living environment defined by clarity, efficiency, and contextual sensitivity.
